Hi and welcome to Pilates.

My name is Carla Stephenson your new local instructor for Kaang Raang Fitness Gym.

I pride myself on results and making sure my clients get the best from Pilates.

What is Pilates? Pilates is low impact programme that helps you to develop your core muscles such as your abs and helps improve your posture. We work on increasing your flexibility, and if you do high impact classes and suffer from tight muscles (which can lead to injuries) we are here to help stretch them back. We also work on strengthening the pelvic floor muscles which connect all your important "power house" muscles like your abs and lower back.
