After a free consultation where you will tell me more about yourself and what you want to achieve, we will set some short and long term goals.

Your hour long session will be tailored to achieve your desired outcome.

Group sessions 2-6 people. Train with friends, split the cost and get competitive.

Training in a group has been proven to improve performance and motivation. Work hard, get fit and enjoy the benefits of exercising with friends. From circuit training to boxing drills, your hour will be varied and effective.

Pregnancy and Post Natal fitness and wellbeing.

Staying active throughout your pregnancy is beneficial to you and your baby. I have the relevant knowledge and experience to ensure that you will be exercising safely and appropriately for your gestation.

When you are ready to resume exercise, I will be there to guide and advise you. Together we will get your pre pregnancy body back, shift excess weight, strengthen your core and leave you energised.
